Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have strong connections with local buying offices in Dhaka for European countries.
∎ Displays maturity & winning attitude in effectively negotiating & achieving target profitability by verifying whether the style in discussion is viable in terms of manufacturing/profitability.
∎ Books production capacity based on orders/forecast received from the buyers & ensure that the space booked is effectively used.
∎ Optimizes production by ensuring handiness of capacity for orders booked by interfacing with central planning.
∎ Reviews and follows up with the team in line with Time & action calendar to ensure that all materials/approvals are in place prior to the PCD.
∎ Plans in consultation with production heads & follows production status on bi-weekly basis to ensure production is on time. Trouble shoot wherever needed.
∎ Reviews and follows up with merchandising team, quality team and production team to ensure quality merchandise are shipped out. Trouble shoot wherever needed.
∎ Effectively follows up the target with the concerned department & maintains cordial relationship with all the other departments in the organization
∎ Adds & expands business value by developing & managing clients & accounts effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Candidate should have worked in Bangladesh with a large Apparel / Textile manufacturing company.
∎ Must have handled more than 3 lac pcs per month in terms of Sales.
Salary:
∎ Perks and Benefits: CTC between 3.5 to 4.5 lac per month - Taka
