Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor's degree in CSE/ EEE/ marketing/ business administration or a related field.
∎ MBA In marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and increase brand awareness.
∎ Work closely with the sales and operations teams to identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
∎ Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media accounts, and other digital channels.
∎ Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
∎ Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are executed within budget and achieve desired results.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure that our marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
∎ Work with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, direct mail, and other advertising initiatives.
∎ Coordinate and participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
∎ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue.
∎ Experience in the real estate industry is strongly preferred.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Highly knowledgeable in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
