∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Applied Chemistry/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Food Technology/Engineering from any reputed Public or Private University
∎ Skills Required: Bangla typing, Good Computer Knowledge, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product Development, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, evaluate and interpret scientific literature for product health claims/benefits and for dosing specific and best ingredients.
∎ Conduct sensory evaluation, analyze the data and report the result.
∎ Develop new and/or reform existing food products based on bulletproof criteria and specifications.
∎ Monitor product regulatory issues.
∎ Estimate product cost nutritional profiles for developing items.
∎ Monitor and keep record of stability testing of new products and the modified one.
∎ Prepare documentation, control and review according to ISO 22000:2018.
∎ Oversee process line and take corrective action where necessary according to ISO 22000:2018.
∎ Monitor and keep update of all online QC related record and documents.
∎ Identify and overcome barriers to successful product development.
∎ Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical development.
∎ Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
∎ Documentation of internal audit and other quality assurance activities.
∎ Investigate customer complaints and non-compliance issues.
∎ Develop, monitor, and recommend corrective and preventive action or HACCP program.
∎ Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action
∎ Prepare, control and update all the documents related to ISO 22000, Pest control, GMP, Food Safety, ISO 17025 etc.
