Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, University, College, Market Research Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Visit and in contact with our local partners, parents and potential students.
∎ • Organize Seminar and Events for potential students.
∎ • Manage the admissions processing of a portfolio of programs in close liaison with institutes and
∎ potential students, applying agreed criteria, helping institutes to make admissions decisions
∎ consistently and fairly. Ability to convert student's enquiries into applications through the honest
∎ & ethical sales techniques.
∎ • Handle CRM management system, telephone and email enquiries from prospective students, their
∎ parents, teachers and advisers independently and timely in a professional manner.
∎ • Keeping records on EMS pro, create the task, help clients to complete their admission and update
∎ institutes Spec sheet by using reporting tools where necessary.
∎ • Process incoming applications for all foundation, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs, checking qualifications, Eligibility of the applicants, follow institutes application processing systems, forward it to the respective institutes follow standard presentation, helping admission officer to make quick and transparent offer with the validity of application decisions and
∎ authenticity of its results with the aim of 100% accuracy.
∎ • Monitor the responses of applicants to decisions and provide data to partner institutes and Departments on applicant status and workflow.
∎ • Check and verify the fees, intake and classification of applicants.
∎ • Ensure that correct procedure is followed when dealing with fraudulent applications, applicants
∎ with criminal convictions and under-age applicants.
∎ • Ensure that correct procedure is followed when dealing with international students requiring visas
∎ in accordance with the updated rule and regulation.
∎ • Liaise regularly with both students and institutes admission staff.
∎ Accepting without bias the issues raised by clients;
∎ • Helping clients towards a deeper understanding of their concerns;
∎ • Enquiries & Recruitment (Operational Departments):
∎ • Handle all enquiries in a courteous and helpful way; these may be by telephone, email, letter, in
∎ person and face to face.
∎ • Monitor Request Tracker (web-based enquiry system) queues, lead and help collate data relating
∎ to all admissions enquiries.
∎ • Assist to AH&Z team and organize education fair, open days, seminar, institutes training and all
∎ related visits.
∎ • Assist with the production and distribution of publicity materials and updating of web pages.
∎ • Assist with the monitoring and updating of all information relating to admission.
∎ • Gathering course, fee’s structure, partner institutes list, intake deadline, Entry requirements for
∎ upcoming intake.
∎ • Establishing a relationship of trust and respective partners and clients;
∎ • Other duties
∎ • Employee daily log book needs to follow.
∎ • The post-holder may be asked to help other sections of the admission processing and to undertake duties as requested by the Director from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
