Job Context:
∎ The Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) is responsible for developing and executing the company`s business development strategy. The CBDO is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential partners. The CBDO works closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and execute the company`s growth strategy. The CBDO is also responsible for leading the business development team and managing the day-to-day operations of the department.
∎ The CBDO will report directly to the CEO and will be a member of the executive team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute the company's business development strategy.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential partners.
∎ Work closely with the CEO and other members of the team to develop and execute the company's growth strategy.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and clients.
∎ Negotiate and execute partnerships and agreements.
∎ Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
∎ Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments.
∎ Creating marketing campaigns to promote new products or services to current clients or potential clients.
∎ Conducting market research to determine the best way to approach potential clients or customers to increase sales.
∎ Managing relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services provided.
∎ Creating business plans for new ventures or expanding existing ventures to increase profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ You'll be a confident self-starter, with high commercial acumen and proactive communication.
∎ You'll have a high entrepreneurial drive, curiosity, and an eagerness to innovate and disrupt existing sales models.
∎ You'll be used to large product scope databases and working to a high level of organization.
∎ Experience dealing with multichannel inbound queries, as phone, social media, webchat, and emails.
∎ Proven track record of working with technical products and B2B customers.
∎ You'll be confident leading inbound and outbound call campaigns.
