Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting communication audits to determine publicity goals.
∎ Planning and implementing public relations strategies.
∎ Promoting and maintaining the public’s perception of our brand through media coverage and sponsorship opportunities.
∎ Drafting written, verbal, and visual content that will promote the public image of the business.
∎ Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Measuring the success of public relations activities and campaigns according to set KPIs.
∎ Producing and presenting reports on all public relations activities and KPIs.
∎ Drafting and managing public relations budgets.
∎ Responsible for all events photography of Ship International Hospital like in-house CME program, Free Medical Booth, new doctor's photo, Special day free medical camp outside Dhaka, Corporate contact signing photo, different types of in-house annual program etc.
∎ Organizing events such as product launches, commemoration, video and photo shoots.
∎ Should be a team player, meeting healthcare providers and colleagues to take input and working with agencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Proven experience as public relations executive or similar role
∎ Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels
∎ Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
∎ Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
∎ A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
