Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering, Master of Arts (MA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Follow up fabrics as per priority basis regarding shipment and processing program.
∎ • Responsible for taking over inspected "Ready Fabrics" from Quality section.
∎ • Responsible for smooth delivery of fabrics as per daily/previously discussion with Head of Operation and Head of Stitching units on the priority basis shipment.
∎ • Responsible for submitting different kinds of reports regarding above mentions tasks to the Executive Director - Operation, Sales & Marketing.
∎ • Responsible for submitting reports regarding different version & design wise Dyeing & Printing fabrics.
∎ • Follow up the fabrics receiving from processing section regarding short of every design after discussing with Processing Head.
∎ • Develop the new process and technique for fast delivery process of "Ready Fabrics".
∎ • Responsible for collect details report regarding RFD/RFP fabrics (batcher wise) from
∎ • Operation department and also will collect the next process report everyday about dyeing, printing, finishing, inspection & delivery.
∎ • Follow up all kinds of production related activities of Inspection & Folding machine as per shipment priority.
∎ • Responsible for proper job distribution regarding fabrics quality inspection.
∎ • Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way.
∎ • To make necessary action for any production fault of the fabric.
∎ • To give the direction for the betterment of different departments like lab, batch, dyeing, finishing job etc.
∎ • Planning and prioritizing job activities to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
∎ • Take preventive action for making nonconformance fabrics.
∎ • Need to inform relevant responsible persons regarding rejected fabrics and follow up the proper documentation.
∎ • Follow up subordinate to maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the section.
∎ • Drive the subordinate to implement different plans as per needed.
∎ • Ensure "Ready Fabrics" delivery target on daily basis.
∎ • Mentoring and developing the team.
∎ • Responsible for monthly Fabrics Inventory.
∎ • Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 43 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Strong Leadership & Good Communication skill.
∎ Must have Managerial experience in Folding & Inspection department.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Quality inspection.
