Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales support with an aggressive and proactive attitude.
∎ Must be target oriented for sales, able to full target.
∎ Able to identifying target markets.
∎ Having sales target ownership and archive the target.
∎ Responsible for achievement of the individual targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
∎ Always Report to your supervisor.
∎ Convince and handle the dealer/retailer to get orders.
∎ Market visit to see compositor's activities with dealers, retail shops & farmers.
∎ Visit different areas of Chicks, Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed markets frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for Chicks, Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed sales.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting, conference & scientific seminars.
∎ Collect market information to identify, develop & increase sales volume for the organization.
∎ Share clients/market observation with management to take new strategies.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong team spirit and common sense.
∎ Self-confident and presentable.
∎ Proactive & self-organized with Strong enthusiasm and commitment towards establishing a long-term career.
∎ Should be passionate and commitment to promote organizational values
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Of course, you have to know how to ride motorcycle with a valid Driving License.
