Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate the printing machine (Flexi Pack, Ex- Rotogravure) to product manufacturer defect free printed film.
∎ Manage and supervise the team to get the job done on time.
∎ Fitting of Doctor Blades & Rubber rollers regarding Cylinders loading and unloading.
∎ Operate and maintenance of Viscosity meter.
∎ Responsible for machine cleaning, Handling of workers.
∎ Loading and unloading of cylinder on printing machine trolly.
∎ To meet the emergency requirement of any other printing related jobs on directed by PM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of sequencing the cylinders, Inks, solvents, registration matching and make new colours with available base colour.
∎ Knowledge of Printing Substrates like BOPP, PET, Nylon, PVC and PS.
