∎ Major in Marketing will get preference.
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and Channel sales, channel management, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Direct Sales and Marketing
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Make plans, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
∎ Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing, based on customer requirements for products and services and project revenue needs.
∎ Managing several sales & marketing teams, educating them with presentations of strategies at regular meetings. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Handling direct dealers/franchises and looking after their sales track record in the assigned territory.
∎ Build relationships with the dealers/franchises and sales teams to ensure appropriate business goals are achieved at the store's level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, etc.)
∎ Monitoring and authorizing the acquisition of new dealers/franchises and expanding networks as per plan in the assigned area.
∎ Planning and Arranging awareness seminars/exhibitions in various institutions and assisting the corresponding team to get the maximum output.
∎ Monitoring hygiene in the business points. Also, ensure the availability and visibility of the products in the dealers/franchises' sales point.
∎ Preparing & assigning annual, biannual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly projections for targets for himself & his teams & evaluating the achievements
∎ Maintaining Competitor updates in terms of Product/scheme/network expansion & accordingly plan for the month.
∎ Achieving value and volume targets, secondary targets & analyzing the sales for further improvements.
∎ Analysis of discounts/ gifts on launching products or new items.
∎ Preparing periodic MIS & putting to reporting Manager, HOD & management for daily appraisal.
∎ Prepare the Monthly report & Credit note working.
∎ Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his HOD from time to time.
∎ Plan for promotional activities & maintain strong follow-up.
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants with their bikes are admissible.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, etc.).
∎ Applicants must have good skills in team management tools and productivity applications and be highly adaptable to new technologies.
∎ 25,000/- (Monthly, based on experiences). With Attractive Sales Incentives. After the Provisional period salary will increase as per company policy.
