Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical, EEE, IPE, Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement production plan and achieve production target. Support line management to implement changes in production planning.
∎ Report section wise activities/ performance for MIS.
∎ Execute operational plan as per process instruction and maintain records in line with ISO 9001 QMS requirements.
∎ Ensure and maintain compliance of EMS as per requirement of ISO 14001 and company policy.
∎ Ensure and maintain occupational health & safety compliance at workplace in line with OHSAS 18001:2007 standard to improve employee morale.
∎ Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continuous cost improvement.
∎ Coordinate with QA & other sections to ensure quality as per standard & company policy.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self development and work process/system.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of ERP (SAP) software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be BSc engineer (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/ IPE/ Chemical) with preferably having 1 - 2 years experience in manufacturing or process industry in production or plant maintenance.
∎ He should have skills in communication, motivation and negotiation.
∎ Apart from this, the candidate should have good leadership skills and should be dynamic, organized, self-starter, analytical, innovative and goal oriented.
